Serving as a Project Manager, Tess brings a collaborative team focused approach to all commissions. From concept through construction and occupancy, she makes sure the client’s goals inform all design decisions. She has a passion for work that supports and improves the lives of the communities they serve. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Tess has spent the past 12 years creating architectural solutions for the greater DMV region.
