DC Water Human Capital Management

Samaha surveyed the existing DC Water Administration Headquarters Human Capital Management offices and created record documents and backgrounds. The plans were used by Samaha and DC Water for transforming the HCM department into an office with an open floor plan. We worked during construction administration to insure that everything was constructed correctly to meet DC Water standards and function effectively.
