The new Fleet facility will be 25,100 SF and include 18 work bay with associated garage doors offering pull-through capability.

 

The front of the proposed Fleet Maintenance Facility will consist of a two story building facing Walker Mill Road.  The first floor will contain a vehicle parts storage area, plus locker rooms and other support spaces.  The second floor will feature offices and training space for DC Water employees.
