A distinctive two-level structure that offers abundant daylighting and flexible office and laboratory spaces, Collaborative Testing Services’ headquarters supports the firm’s broad-ranging testing and data collection services. Laboratories, testing facilities, and an open work room are located on the first floor, with offices located on the second floor. The main entrance lobby includes a monumental stair and elevator for clients, while a second stair in the back of the building enhances productivity. The project included master planning for a future 6,000-square-foot addition. Masonry Institute Design Award, Honorable Mention
