The Ashburn Sheriff’s Station included a co-location study to share the One Loudoun site with two other municipal uses. Samaha vetted the program through meetings with Loudoun County and the sheriff’s department to ensure the 18,000sf station met our clients’ facility goals and operational needs. The design of the new station is compatible with the local context and will serve as a welcome neighbor in Ashburn.
