The W & N Material Recovery Facility is an independent 44,052 SF pre-engineered high-bay metal building that supports EnviroSolutions, Inc.’s goal to provide Fairfax County with a modern facility for the recovery, sorting, and recycling of construction waste materials. This new facility will occupy a 9.48 acre site and is designed to support on-site construction waste deliveries, specialized waste sorting equipment processing, temporary on-site debris storage, as well as immediate loading and distribution of selected materials to be transported to off-site recycling centers. A 3,800 SF administrative office wing will track and support all incoming and outgoing materials processed within the 40,252 SF material processing bays. State-of-the-art processing equipment and vehicles will maneuver the debris through the new facility in a systematic fashion. Additional safety features include vehicle and equipment barriers, substantial debris misting systems, fire alarm and building wide sprinkler systems.​
