The Fort Myer Child Development Center (CDC) is a stand-alone facility that accommodates nearly 500 children from infancy through 12 years old. The building is the largest U.S. Department of Defense CDC, and supports employees from the Pentagon and several area military installations.  Design-build highlights include radiant heated floors in the infant areas, computer rooms, activity areas, a large multi-purpose room, two commercial kitchens, laundry space, and an outdoor activity area.
