DC Water maintains storm and sanitary sewers in the District of Columbia.  Different field groups within the Sewer Services department undertake this work. Samaha has been commissioned to design and administer construction of a new 11,000 SF facility supporting this mission.  The new building will comprise office and staff support space and be part of a 3.95 acre Sewer Services campus.
