This project was the conversion of a 10,000 SF two story barn structure into a performing arts and education center for Loudon County Department of Parks and Recreation. The barn structure is an exposed heavy timber frame with wood roof deck. The completed center seats 300 patrons for theatrical performances, utilizing solar energy for much of the electrical demand.
