The Fairfax Building lobby was transformed into a welcoming lively space. Continuous Linear LED lighting runs along the ceiling and down the walls at varying heights brighten the lobby and welcome prospective tenants. The linear floor tile is laid at an angle, suggestive of light beams streaming across the ground from the lights in the walls. The wall on the opposite side of the room is a seamless 3D textured wall. Linear LED cove lighting illuminates the textured wall and can be programmed to change colors at the owners discretion. Soft warm neutral tones for the paint and other finishes create a warm welcoming environment.
