The Compton Village Community Center serves as the recreational and administrative hub for this 600-unit residential area, providing meeting and event space, offices, and facilities to support the community swimming pool. A sloping site accommodates on-grade access to both of the building’s levels, with the homeowners association offices and meeting spaces on the upper level and swimming accommodations on the lower level. The center’s eclectic design blends traditional and modern elements, highlighting the building’s distinctive presence while complementing the surrounding residential aesthetic.
