Fionna Packer is a licensed architect with 5 years of experience on a variety of project typologies including K-12 education, higher education, and health care. She is experienced in all phases of design from conceptual to construction evaluation. She is passionate about work that serves the community needs as well as environmentally conscious design choices. Fionna earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University.
