Erika has more than 30 years of experience leading the design and delivery of award-winning educational facilities for public and private K12 clients. Her expertise spans the full project life cycle from planning and educational specifications through construction administration. With a focus on projects that address complex programmatic issues and require high performance design solutions, she is particularly skilled at making expert technical recommendations and working with teams to build consensus around innovative solutions. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Maryland and her Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
